Dwell exists to employ refugees & New Americans in the community of Clarkston, Georgia. Through the service of cleaning, we employ people who have come here from all over the world, looking to rebuild a better life for themselves and their families.

Andrew Kraft launched Dwell in 2012 because there was a need in Clarkston for local and good paying work. There was a unique need to employ women, who in so many cultures are the primary caregivers of children and are also responsible for taking care of the home. Add to those responsibilities, the need for women to be employed so the family can afford to have a place to live, eat and have transportation it becomes even more important for employment options to be local, flexible and to demonstrate value for each person in the workplace. Dwell has grown and employed over 50 employess from over 20 countries.
