Dwell provides refugees in our community with purposeful work. We accomplish this by paying a living wage, treating employees with dignity, creating a healthy workplace, and providing a valued service to our customers.
Because all of our refugee employees have been welcomed into the U.S. by the State Department, each person is authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely. Some have attained or are working towards U.S. citizenship. These men and women desire to use their skills and abilities to contribute to the financial needs of their families and to work with dignity. They take pride and ownership in the work they do. . . . they want to shine!
